Debtors seeking bankruptcy protection will have to pay a little more if they file on or after June 1, 2014.
The new filing fee for a Chapter 13 will go up from $281 to $310 ($29 increase). The Chapter 7 filing fee will also increase by $29 from $306 to $335.
